Pre-Install Check

Pre-install check increases the availability of the services like API, Ingester, and Scheduler to the customer using the microservices. It allows the user to verify all the prerequisites required for API, Ingester, and Scheduler services are up and running.

Database connectivity is vital before enabling the API, Ingester, and scheduler services available for customer use. All these services highly depend on the database.

The pre-install check verifies whether the database connectivity is working well and have the necessary tables created before starting all the other services. If the system encounters any problem, then the services are not started, and the system throws an error. You must restart the services after resolving the error.
