Introduction to Email, SMS and Secure Messaging

Temenos Transact allows Email and SMS as message carriers within the Delivery module, so that any existing message supported by the Delivery module can be additionally or singularly sent through Email and/or SMS. In addition, the secure messaging functionality integrated with the Delivery module can be linked. This enables the usage of standard message routing facilities to generate a secure message thereby ensuring that all customer messaging is configured and sent through a central utility.

For sending Email, SMS and secure messages, an extensible markup language (xml) format of the message should be generated and sent to the customer using the interface.
