Role Based Subscription

You can subscribe alerts to a customer and generate events based on the customer role.

During Alert subscription, if the customer role is eligible for the given Event, then subscription is allowed. After the Alert subscription, if the role of the customer is changed, then during the Event generation, the system again verifies if the customer role is eligible for the Event.
