Introduction to Interface to 'La Poste' for NPAI (Person no Longer Lives in this Address)

A bank employs the services of a mail provider to deliver mail to customers. When a mail provider is unable to deliver mail at the customer’s address due to NPAI (N’Habite Plus à l’Adresse Indiquée – No longer lives at this address), then it provides the list of such customers in a batch file to the bank.

The mail provider shares the file to the bank through a batch interface between the bank and the mail provider.
