Introduction to GPG Deliquency Interface

Temenos Transact has to support an interface with TOP NOTCH system for sending data like delinquent loan information, delinquent client information and delinquent client’s contact information. These files need to be generated in a specified format on a daily basis. Vancity has multiple lead companies where Citizens Bank (CB), Vancity Savings Credit Union (VC) and Vancity Capital Corporation (VCC) will exist on the same instance of Temenos Transact, hence interface is required to support multi company environment and generates separate data extracts for each lead company (Vancity, CB and VCC).

The extracts based on the lead company - wise generated by Temenos Transact are:

• Loan extract.
• Client extract.
• Contact extract.
